    • Couriers: J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 5 business days

  • International (Outside Malaysia):

    • Couriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL Express

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 14 business days, depending on location and customs


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and selected courier service.

  • Charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order amounts (terms apply).


4. Packaging

  • All items are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fragile or high-value items may receive extra padding or boxing for additional protection.


5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can monitor your parcel’s status using the courier’s online tracking system.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or weather disruptions.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in tracking and resolving the issue.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or countries under trade embargo.

  • Certain products may have restrictions based on international laws and regulations.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare event your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.


9. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
