Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 14 business days, depending on location and customs
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and selected courier service.
Charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order amounts (terms apply).
4. Packaging

Fragile or high-value items may receive extra padding or boxing for additional protection.
