1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return is initiated within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
The item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).
A valid proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt).
β The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-ordered, personalized, or clearance items.
Products with visible signs of misuse or user-inflicted damage.
Opened software, memory cards, screen protectors, earphones, and batteries (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Items without original packaging or labels.
2. Return Procedure
To submit a return request:

Photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)

Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Securely pack the item and return it using a trackable courier service.
Returns must be received by us within 7 business days of approval.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7β14 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card issuerβs processing time.
In case of international transactions, currency conversion differences and bank fees are not covered by LTS GOOD ENTERPRISE.
4. Exchanges
We can exchange your item if it is defective or damaged and stock is available.
To expedite the process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
Exchange items will be shipped once we have received and inspected the original return.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
We recommend using a courier that provides tracking and insurance.
LTS GOOD ENTERPRISE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Restocking Fees (if applicable)
For discretionary returns (i.e., change of mind), we may charge a restocking fee of 10% of the item’s original price.
7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import restrictions, taxes, duties, and customs clearance in their country.
We are not liable for delays or losses due to customs processing or legal bans on specific goods.
Return shipping from outside Malaysia is at the buyerβs expense and must comply with Malaysian export regulations.
8. Legal & Export Restrictions
We adhere to Malaysian laws governing the export of certain electronic components, batteries, or digital devices.
Orders may be rejected, delayed, or canceled if any product is restricted under local or international trade laws.
A warning will be displayed at checkout if items in your cart are ineligible for shipping to your region.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding returns or refunds, our customer service team will attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly.
If unresolved, the matter may be escalated through appropriate consumer dispute resolution channels in Malaysia.
